ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. If a product arrives damaged or doesn’t fit properly we can potentially replace the package free of charge depending on the situation. However, we do not offer money back in exchange of already shipped materials. If a consumer is completely unsatisfied with product, we can trade the product out for something of equal or lesser value.
